3.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
3.3 A Product page may include specific terms, such as schedules, attendance rules or a refund schedule. Where they conflict with these Terms, the Product page terms apply to that Product.
3.4 If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
3.5 No provision of these Terms affects the rights guaranteed to consumers by Saudi laws, which may not be waived.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to contract. For a Learner under 18 years of age, the parent or guardian handles registration, payment and acceptance of these Terms on the Learner's behalf, and remains responsible for the Learner's use.

4.3 Each person may have one account. Do not share your login details with anyone else, as you are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4.4 When you purchase as a guest, we create an account for you using the email address you entered so that we can deliver your Product, and we send you your login details.
4.5 We may ask you to verify your identity, for example with a one-time verification code.
5. How the Platform Works
5.1 Our role. We operate the Platform, process payments, issue tax invoices and provide customer service. Unless the checkout page or the tax invoice states otherwise, Al Alamah Al Mumayazah Information Technology Company is the seller.
5.2 Partners' role. The Partner named on the Product page is the one who prepares the content and provides the training, assessment and certificate, and is responsible for their accuracy and quality. We select our Partners carefully and require them to meet our standards. We do not prepare or teach their content unless the Product page states that we are the content provider.
5.3 Partner Sites. These Terms and the Policies apply to all Partner Sites. Al Alamah Al Mumayazah IT processes payments on them through the Brands Education checkout page. A Partner may publish its academic regulations, which then apply to academic matters. These Terms apply to accounts, payments, refunds and use of the Platform.
5.4 Third-party systems. Some Products are used on the publisher's or testing body's system. That system has its own terms and privacy policy, which you must accept in order to use it.
5.5 Enrollment through an organization. If your employer, school or sponsoring organization enrolled you, it may view your progress and results. Its agreement with us governs payment and refunds for that enrollment.
6. Products
6.1 Recorded courses. Recorded lessons and materials that you follow at your own pace during the access period.
6.2 Live sessions and programs. Classes, workshops, training cohorts, diplomas and one-to-one sessions held live online. The Product page states the dates, times and number of seats.
6.3 Access Codes and exam vouchers. Digital codes issued by the publisher or the certification body. Before purchasing, check the title, edition, international number (ISBN), validity period, region and technical requirements. Each code can be used once.
6.4 E-books and printed books. E-books are read in the Platform's reader or delivered in the stated format. Printed books are shipped to your address.
6.5 Free content. We may offer free Products or previews, and these Terms apply to them.
6.6 We describe each Product as accurately as possible: content, provider, language, duration, requirements, price and type of certificate. Images are for illustration only.
6.7 We may update, replace or withdraw any Product. If we withdraw a Product you paid for before your access period ends, you may choose a similar Product or a refund proportional to the remaining period.
7. Orders, Prices and Payment
7.1 Placing an Order. Your Order is an offer by you to purchase. The contract is formed when we confirm the Order by email or on screen after successful payment.
7.2 Prices. Prices are displayed in Saudi riyals (SAR). VAT at the applicable rate, currently 15%, is either included in the price or shown before payment. If the Platform displays another currency for reference, the charge is made in Saudi riyals and your bank's exchange rate and fees apply.
7.3 Price changes. We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an Order we have already confirmed.
7.4 Payment methods. Card and digital wallet payments are processed through HyperPay, a payment services provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. These methods currently include mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and STC Pay. Installment payment is also available through Tabby and Tamara, both companies licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. Installment payment is subject to the provider's approval and terms, and the repayment agreement is directly between you and the provider. The methods offered may vary depending on the Product or the Order value.
7.5 Card security. You enter your card details in the payment service provider's secure form. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. Your bank may require additional verification (3-D Secure).
7.6 Tax invoice. After payment, we send you an electronic tax invoice that meets the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), via your email or your account.
7.7 Correcting errors. If you made an error in your Order, notify us within 24 hours of placing it and before using the Product. We will correct or cancel the Order where the law permits.
7.8 Pricing or display errors. If a Product is displayed with an obviously incorrect price or description, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of it. You may confirm the Order at the correct price or cancel it and receive a full refund.
7.9 Offers and promotional vouchers. Each offer has its own terms and expiry date. Promotional vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, combined or transferred to others unless we state otherwise.
7.10 Failed or pending payments. If the amount was charged and you did not receive a confirmation, contact us and attach the transaction reference. We will complete the Order or return the amount.
7.11 Refusing an Order. We may refuse or cancel an Order in the event of suspected fraud, an error in the listing, unavailability of seats or stock, or a breach of these Terms. We will refund any amount paid in full.
7.12 Unjustified chargebacks. If a customer files an abusive chargeback against a valid payment, the Company has the right to immediately suspend the customer's account and cancel their access to all Products until the dispute is settled, and to charge the customer the resulting fees, customs charges and administrative expenses.
7.13 Deduction of payment processing costs. For refunds made for reasons not attributable to an error or defect on the part of the Company or the Platform, the Company reserves the right to deduct from the refunded amount the bank payment processing fees that are non-refundable by the service providers, where permitted by applicable laws.
8. Delivery and Access Period
8.1 Digital Products. Courses and e-books become available in your account as soon as payment is confirmed. Access Codes and vouchers are displayed on screen and sent by email, usually within minutes.
8.2 If you do not receive a digital Product within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
8.3 Access period. You use the course during the access period stated on the Product page. If no period is stated, access continues for as long as the course is offered on the Platform, and for no less than 12 months from the date of purchase. Live programs end on their announced end date. Recordings, if any, remain available for the stated period.
8.4 Access Code validity. The publisher or testing body sets the validity period and the activation deadline. Activate your code before it expires.
8.5 Printed books. We ship to the address you provide within the period stated at checkout. Shipping fees and any customs duties are shown before payment. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
8.6 Delays. If delivery or the start of a service is delayed by more than 15 days beyond the agreed date, you may cancel the Order and receive a full refund, together with any costs resulting from the delay, in accordance with the E-Commerce Law, unless the delay is due to force majeure. We will notify you of any delay we anticipate.
8.7 Technical requirements. You need a suitable device, an up-to-date browser and a stable internet connection. The minimum requirements are set out in the General Policies and on the Product page.
9. License and Acceptable Use
9.1 We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access the Products you have purchased for the purpose of your personal learning. Products are licensed to you, not sold.
9.2 You are prohibited from:
- sharing, selling, renting or transferring your account or any Product or Access Code issued to you;
- copying, downloading, recording, republishing or broadcasting content, unless the Platform provides a feature to download it;

9.3 Organizations need a separate license to use Products for groups.
9.4 We may limit the number of devices or concurrent sessions per account.
9.5 Prohibition on contracting and direct communication outside the Platform. Partners, trainers and students are prohibited from communicating or conducting financial or contractual dealings relating to Platform Products outside the official channels of Al Alamah Al Mumayazah Information Technology Company. In the event of a breach, the Company has the right to cancel the accounts and to claim commercial compensation from the breaching party for lost commissions and amounts.
10. Live Sessions
10.1 Attend on time with a working camera, microphone and connection whenever the session requires it. We cannot repeat a session you missed, and a recording of it may be made available.
10.2 We or the Partner may change the trainer, reschedule a session or move it to another tool for a valid reason. We will notify you as soon as possible. Your options are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10.3 A program may require a minimum number of Learners. If that number is not reached, we may cancel or postpone the program, and you may choose a transfer or a full refund.
10.4 Sessions may be recorded for learning, quality and compliance purposes, and you will be notified when the session starts. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the General Policies.
10.5 You are prohibited from recording or sharing the session yourself. Rules of conduct are set out in the General Policies.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
11.1 The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when you are entitled to cancel and what is refunded to you, depending on the type of Product.
11.2 Under the E-Commerce Law, you are entitled to rescind the contract within 7 days from the date of contracting for the service or from the date of receiving the Product, unless you have used or benefited from it. The Law excludes certain cases, including books, printed materials and software delivered by download.

12.2 The certificate is issued once you meet the Product's requirements, such as attendance, completion and passing assessments. Identity verification may be required.
12.3 Unless the Product page states otherwise, a certificate is not an academic degree or a professional license. We do not guarantee its recognition by any employer or official body, nor employment, nor any particular result.
12.4 Certificates carry a verification code or link. We or the Partner may revoke any certificate obtained through cheating or impersonation, or after a payment reversal.
12.5 Exams administered by external certification bodies are subject to those bodies' rules, fees and schedules.
13. Your Content and Feedback
13.1 You remain the owner of what you post or submit, such as questions, comments, assignments, reviews and project work.
13.2 You grant us and the relevant Partner a non-exclusive, free-of-charge license to host, display and use this content to operate the Product and the Platform. We will not use your assignments in marketing without your consent.

13.4 We may remove any content that violates these Terms or the General Policies.
13.5 Reviews must reflect your actual experience. We may publish them with your first name. We may use your suggestions about the Platform free of charge.

14.3 If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your rights, submit a report following the procedure set out in the General Policies.
14.4 Ownership of suggestions and improvements. Ownership of all suggestions, developments and technical or operational improvements that users submit to the Platform automatically passes to the Company without any financial consideration, and the Company has the right to use and develop them in its services in the future.

7.1 Service providers are bound by written agreements. They may not use the data except on our instructions, and they must protect it.
7.2 Learners and trainers in your class see your name. They see your contributions, voice and image when you participate.
8. Partner Sites: Who Is Responsible
8.1 Al Alamah Al Mumayazah IT is the controller of account, Order, payment and support data on all Partner Sites.
8.2 The Partner is an independent controller of the academic records it keeps for its own purposes, such as admission decisions, grades and the certificates it issues. The Partner's own privacy notice applies to these.
8.3 If an organization uses the Platform only for its own registered students or employees, that organization determines how the data is used and we act as a processor on its behalf. In that case, contact that organization first regarding your rights.
8.4 You can always send your request to us. We will handle it or refer it to the relevant party.
9. Where Your Data Is Stored and Transfers outside the Kingdom
9.1 Platform data is hosted on cloud infrastructure within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
9.2 Some service providers process limited data outside the Kingdom, for example to route a payment transaction, send an email, run a video session or provide an artificial intelligence feature.
9.3 We transfer data outside the Kingdom only as permitted by the Personal Data Protection Law and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom. We limit transfers to the minimum necessary and apply the safeguards prescribed by those provisions, such as approved contractual clauses.
10. How Long We Keep Your Data
| Data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Account and profile | For as long as your account is open, then for no more than 12 months, unless a longer period below applies |
| Orders, invoices and payment records | As required by tax and commercial laws, currently up to 10 years |
| Learning records and certificates | 10 years after completion so that certificates can be verified, or longer if required by the National eLearning Center (NELC) or the Partner |
| Live session recordings | Until the end of the program, then 12 months |
| Support tickets and complaints | 24 months after closure |
| Security and access logs | 12 months |
| Marketing preferences | Until you withdraw your consent |
10.1 When the period ends, we destroy the data or anonymize it. We keep it longer only if required by law or if there is an ongoing dispute.
11. Protecting Your Data
11.1 We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of risk. These include encryption of data in transit, password encryption, role-based access permissions, verification codes for sensitive operations, activity logs, backups and periodic security reviews. Al Alamah Al Mumayazah IT holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its information security management system (certificate No. AMER500990), in addition to ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system and ISO 21001:2025 certification for its educational organization management system.
11.2 Payment pages are provided by a payment service provider certified under the PCI DSS standard.
11.3 No system is completely secure. Use a strong password and do not share it, and notify us immediately if you suspect any misuse.
12. Your Rights
12.1 The Personal Data Protection Law grants you the following rights:
- To be informed of how and why your data is used, which this Policy explains;
- To access your data and obtain a copy of it in a clear and readable format;
- To correct, complete or update your data, and to request that its use be restricted while we verify a correction you have requested;
- To request destruction of data that is no longer needed;
- To withdraw your consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- To stop marketing messages at any time.
12.2 How to exercise your rights. Email us at info@brandseducation.com or use the privacy settings in your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
12.3 We respond within 30 days. We may extend this period once by no more than 30 days for complex or repeated requests, and we will notify you of this.
12.4 Requests are free of charge. We may refuse or restrict a request where the law permits, for example if we are required to keep the data for tax records or if the request would disclose another person's data. We will explain the reason.
12.5 You have the right to file a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) if you believe we have violated the law. The Implementing Regulations currently set a period of 90 days for this from the date of the incident or from the date you became aware of it.
13. Children and Learners under 18
13.1 The Platform is designed for adults. Persons under 18 use it only through their parent or guardian, who creates the account or gives consent. We take reasonable steps to verify the status of the parent or guardian.
13.2 If a school or organization enrolls minors, it confirms that it has obtained the consent of their parents or guardians.
13.3 We collect only the minor's data that is necessary for their education. We do not send them marketing messages or analyze their data for advertising purposes.
13.4 The parent or guardian has the right to request access to, correction of or destruction of the minor's data. If we learn that we hold a minor's data without valid consent, we will destroy it.
14. Automated Decisions and Artificial Intelligence Features
14.1 We use automated tools to suggest courses, grade objective questions such as multiple choice, and detect fraud or cheating. A staff member reviews every decision that has a significant effect on you, such as an academic integrity penalty or account closure. You may request that review.
14.2 Some features may use artificial intelligence, such as study assistance or drafting notes. We indicate this in the feature itself. The text you enter is processed to generate the response, so do not enter sensitive personal data.
14.3 We do not allow artificial intelligence providers to use your personal data to train their general models.
15. Data Breach Incidents
If an incident occurs that is likely to harm your data or your rights, we will notify the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, in accordance with the Implementing Regulations of the Law. We will also notify you without undue delay, and we will notify you and the Ministry of Commerce within 3 days where the E-Commerce Law requires it. We will explain what happened and what you can do to protect yourself.
16. Changes to This Policy
We update this Policy when our practices or the laws change. The new version states its effective date. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform before they take effect.

3.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

4. Eligibility and Accounts
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to contract. For a Learner under 18 years of age, the parent or guardian handles registration, payment and acceptance of these Terms on the Learner's behalf, and remains responsible for the Learner's use.

- sharing, selling, renting or transferring your account or any Product or Access Code issued to you;
- copying, downloading, recording, republishing or broadcasting content, unless the Platform provides a feature to download it;
- using content to train software or artificial intelligence models, or extracting Platform data by automated means, without the Company's express prior written consent (see clause 14.5);
- circumventing access controls, copy protection, device limits or security measures;
- uploading malware or interfering with the operation of the Platform or with other users;
- using the Platform for any activity that is unlawful, misleading or abusive or that violates the Anti-Cyber Crime Law;
- using content for commercial training or to teach others without our written consent.
11.3 Access Codes, exam vouchers and downloaded digital Products are non-refundable once issued, except in the cases set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, such as a defective or undelivered code. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.
12. Certificates and Accreditation
12.1 The Product page states what you receive (a certificate of attendance, a certificate of completion or an accredited certificate) and the body that issues it.
13.3 You confirm that your content is your own work or that you have the right to use it, and that it is lawful and not offensive to anyone.
13.4 We may remove any content that violates these Terms or the General Policies.
13.5 Reviews must reflect your actual experience. We may publish them with your first name. We may use your suggestions about the Platform free of charge.
14. Intellectual Property
14.1 The Platform, its software, design, trademarks and content are owned by Al Alamah Al Mumayazah IT, its Partners or their licensors. They are protected by the Copyright Law, the Trademarks Law and international agreements.
14.2 The names and logos of Brands Education, Al Alamah Al Mumayazah IT and the Partners may not be used without written permission.

15.2 Links to other websites are provided for convenience and do not imply our endorsement of their content.

18.3 Subject to the mandatory rules for consumer protection under Saudi laws, the total financial liability of Al Alamah Al Mumayazah Information Technology Company for any direct damage arising from any service or Product is limited to the total amount actually paid by the user for that specific Product.
18.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that may not lawfully be limited.
19. Your Responsibility
If you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform or infringe the rights of others, you must compensate us for the direct damage and for third-party claims resulting from it.
20. Suspension and Termination
20.1 You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Closing your account ends your access to Products. Refunds are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

20.5 Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination remain in force after it, including those on intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution.
21. Changes to the Terms
21.1 We may update these Terms to keep pace with changes in laws, our Products or the Platform. The new version will state its effective date.
